Despising God's Grace

God is so gracious. He has lavished his grace on us, and we like that. Sometimes, though, he lavishes his grace on people who have hurt us, we are struggling to forgive, or frankly we just don't think deserve to be treated very graciously by God. As God poured his grace on Nineveh, Jonah got angry. Jonah's heart struggled with the grace poured out on such wicked people. As we look at Jonah 4 this week, we will see that God's grace extended to those we find hard to love can either harden or soften our hearts. Jonah's heart is hardened, we want our hearts to be softened...God's word can show us how.
